I have certain concerns due to hypothyroidism, which includes brittle fingernails, dry skin, and slight weight gain. Even after taking Nature-Throid oral hormones (which is helping to normalize my TSH levels) I wish to further improve my metabolism and increase my energy level.

I like that this includes only natural and pure ingredients—much healthier (which is why I switched from a synthetic medication to Nature-Throid.)

The capsules are easy to swallow, have no offensive odor. I take them with my evening meal and haven’t experienced any stomach upset. I haven’t been taking them very long, but I’m hopeful, due to the B-12 it contains (at the very least), they will boost my energy and perhaps help rid my occasional brain fog.

I give this supplement 5-stars. Though I was given a discounted price to test it, I was not influenced or required to give a positive review.
