MaxX Labs Biotin

This bottle of MaxX Labs Biotin contains 60 capsules, providing a month supply (taking 2 per-day.) Though I was given a discounted price to test this supplement, my review is genuine and has not been influenced.

I have poor blood circulation due to hypothyroidism, which contributes to brittle fingernails. Even after taking Nature-Throid oral hormones (which normalized my TSH levels) my nails continued to tear, break, and split. My doctor recommended I take a Biotin (Vitamin B7) supplement and the condition of my nails is improving.

Pro #1: Veggie capsules (suitable for vegetarians)

Pro #2: All natural

Pro #3: Several added vitamins and nutrients

Pro #4: 100% Satisfaction guarantee (within 90-days)

Con: I have trouble swallowing capsules, and although these aren’t as large as some (such as fish oil) they are more difficult for me to swallow than tablet form, but most people won’t have any issues with this.

*Foods sources that are rich in biotin are: Almonds, Carrots, Yogurt, Salmon, Eggs, Avocados, Halibut, Pork, Raspberries, and Pork

*Manufactured in U.S.A.
