These YUBI Universal type-G travel adapters/surge protectors are
small yet sturdy. They’re necessary gadgets for my trips out of the US. What’s
unique about these adapters is they each have two sockets (2-prong and 3-prong)
so you can plug in two items at once, or four at once, if using both adapters (e.g.
hairdryer and flatiron, or phone and tablet.)
The 2-socket adapters are black plastic, accept 110 and 120
volts, and CE approved (European Conformity.) They are a must if you plan to
travel to the UK (as well as many other countrys!) Though I was given
a discounted price to test this product, I wasn’t influenced to leave a
positive review.
*Note: Plug adapters don’t convert voltage; they only change the
plug type. If your device isn’t compatible with the voltage in the country you
are visiting, you need to use a ‘voltage converter’ as well as the plug
adapter.
