I purchased these for my daughter's upcoming birthday celebration. The party will be during the day, but it'll be fun to see them glow in the dark after the party has ended. (FYI: As with most glow-in-the-dark items, you must 'prep' them by exposing them to light prior to party time.)
The HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner letters are multi-colored and festive, with decorated with stars, hearts, candy, and confetti drawings. The card stock (7" x 5") is sturdy and each letter card is uniform is size. The ribbon adds to the party look and are long (to tie and hang.)
The birthday kit includes four fold-out circular fan/pennant decorations in two different sizes (approx 9.5" and 6.5") and colors to hang as well.
Bottom Line: These are fun birthday decorations that add to a party atmosphere.
