Imaginesty Colored Pencils

I love color pencils, markers, and gel pens. I recently purchased my very first adult color book. I’ve never lost the childlike wonder of coloring, but coloring with crayons isn’t as appealing. At least to me, anyway.

This 48 color Imaginesty Colored Pencil Set is easy to sharpen (the lead doesn’t break off like some colored pencils I’ve had in the past) and have nice soft(ish) tips.

I wouldn’t necessarily label these colors as vibrant. They don’t seem to be any bolder than most color pencils.

The only thing I was pleased with is there are no color labels on each pencil. I am colorblind, (this doesn’t mean I can’t see color) so having the pencils color-labeled is a must for me. I had my husband tell me what color each pencil was, then I labeled them myself with a sharpie. This works for now, but I doubt I’d purchase this brand again because of this fact. *With that said, I would guess this doesn’t pose much of a problem to MOST people who are NOT colorblind.
