Kimlee Hiking Backpack

I was surprised at how lightweight, yet durable, this Travel Backpack was. It is sturdy, practical, and made with quality materials. It is marketed as a hiking pack, it makes a nice carry-on bag when traveling by air because it isn’t bulky and fits nicely under the seat or in the bulkhead.

My MacBook Pro 13-inch Retina fits inside nicely, and the rest of the bag has plenty of room for overnight essentials, a change of clothes, etc. Or, of course, if you use this as a hiking or book bag, it is hefty enough to hold heavy textbooks or first aid supplies, etc. The padded shoulder straps are nice, and so is the padded back.

The backpack is made of a sturdy nylon material that repels moisture, is uniform, without snags or irregularities in stitching or color, and has thick strong, adjustable shoulder straps.

There are several compartments on the inside and out, and feels strong and long lasting.

The sturdy zipper closures glide smoothly, without snags or separation. If you are placing a laptop inside I suggest you have it in a cushiony sleeve because there is no padding inside the bag for protection.

It’s 19.7” x 7” x 11.38” so it is a tad smaller than the average book bag size. It keeps its shape, without hard wrinkles or that ‘crumbled nylon’ look.

In my opinion, this is a stylish backpack suitable for male or female. It’s a smart way to carry belongings, with several compartments, mesh water bottle holders, and cushioned straps and back for comfort. Though I was given a discounted price to test this backpack, I was not influenced or required to give a positive review. I’m pleased with its excellent craftsmanship and design.
